Neuroscience for Architecture:
Explore the connection between the brain and the built environment. Students will utilize an evidence-based design approach, grounding architectural concepts in neuroscience. Special guest speakers include renowned architect, Steven Holl and architect, author and critic, Juhani Pallasmaa.

Length: One Week, San Diego Campus
Healthy Urbanism:
Former San Diego City Architect, Michael Stepner, FAIA, will discuss the growing acknowledgement that the way cities are designed directly impacts the health of residents. The course will cover a broad context of urban issues including regionalism, com-munity and public infrastructure.

building Information Modeling:
Provides executive level leaders and project managers a practical approach to Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction management. Executives will examine ways to leverage BIM in their business.
